/ The task

The Arken Museum of Modern Art, located in Ishøj, Denmark, is an architectural marvel resembling a stranded ship, designed by Danish architect Søren Robert Lund and inaugurated in 1996.  It boasts 9 galleries, showcasing an array of contemporary art from the post-World War II era to the present day. 

/ The Achievements

Arken's facilities include a café with scenic views, a museum shop offering a variety of art-related merchandise, and educational spaces designed for workshops and lectures. On average, the museum welcomes around 300,000 visitors each year. The museum covers an impressive area of approximately 13,500 square meters and houses around 400 works in its permanent collection.
